Activities Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Plans, schedules, implements and evaluates program of individual / or group activities based on resident's need.
• Assist with escorting residents to and from activities.
• Maintains sufficient activity supplies.
• Develops monthly Activity Calendar.
• Develops and maintains a pleasant and pleasing environment in the activities room.
• Ability to work well with people.
• Responsible for coordination, facilitation and quality of the Activities Enrichment Program.
• Facilitate group activities.
• Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance.
• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized.
• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities.
• Cover the front desk when necessary or when needed.
• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties.
