Andover Family Counseling is a NHSC Loan Reimbursement Site! Clinically licensed therapists are eligible for $75,000 in student loan reimbursement.

Andover Family Counseling is currently looking for a therapist to join our team at our office in Andover. This would have a start date of Winter 2025. You must be licensed by the State of Kansas BSRB. This would be a W2 position with some benefits offered.

The therapists at Andover Family Counseling are a fun, collaborative and dynamic group of clinicians. We value supporting each other and the health of our clients and community. Social justice as well as advocacy is something that is valued within Andover Family Counseling as our group is made up of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists. In addition to a strong group of colleagues, Andover Family Counseling offers :

• Assistance with administrative tasks such as returning phone calls, faxing, scanning, cleaning the office, ordering and paying for all office supplies.
• Stocking and maintaining the lobby coffee and snack area.
• Stocking and maintaining the clinician coffee / tea and snack area.
• Completing clinician credentialing.
• Collaboration within the group, meeting for support multiple times a month as needed.
• Professional head shots provided, services highlighted on the company website.
• Office manager who is the main initial contact for clients.
• Steady stream of referrals.
