Responsibilities will include :

• Collaborating with supervisors and programmers to develop personalized goals for individuals served.
• Providing services based on individualized behavioral care plans, including teaching life skills, using behavioral strategies, motivating and encouraging participation, participating in recreational activities and providing safe environments.
