About the Role :
We are seeking an innovative A.I. Analyst to join our MyCBIZ.ai team in a hybrid Chicago-based role. As an A.I. Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying impactful A.I. use cases ("use case hunting") across the organization and client environments, as well as designing and delivering prompt engineering training programs. You will empower internal teams and external clients to leverage A.I. technologies effectively by developing, testing, and refining prompts that drive business value. Your consultative and enablement work will drive MyCBIZ.ai adoption, foster A.I. literacy, and unlock new business opportunities.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Identify, evaluate, and document A.I. use cases by engaging with business units, sales teams, and clients to understand their challenges, workflows, and objectives.
- Lead interactive workshops and discovery sessions to uncover high-impact opportunities for A.I. automation, analytics, and process improvement.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive prompt engineering training for internal staff and external clients, covering best practices for crafting, testing, and iterating prompts for various A.I. models and business scenarios.
- Develop hands-on enablement materials (guides, tutorials, case studies, knowledge base articles) focused on A.I. use case implementation and effective prompt engineering.
- Partner with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to build and facilitate customer-facing enablement programs, including A.I. use case validation, live demonstrations, and tailored prompt engineering sessions.
- Serve as a consultative advisor to teams, prospects, and customers, designing and prototyping A.I. solutions using real-world data and prompt strategies.
- Support RFI / RFP submissions by contributing use case examples and prompt-driven solution outlines that highlight MyCBIZ.ai's capabilities and business impact.
- Drive internal adoption of MyCBIZ.ai at CBIZ by championing A.I. use case innovation, providing prompt engineering support, and advocating for best practices in A.I.-driven transformation.
- Collect feedback on prompt effectiveness and use case results to refine training and enablement initiatives and inform the MyCBIZ.ai product roadmap.
- Analyze program effectiveness, track engagement and business outcome KPIs, and share insights with leadership to optimize A.I. enablement efforts.
- Continuously update your knowledge of the latest A.I. models, prompt engineering techniques, automation, and industry trends to ensure enablement programs are best-in-class.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, modeling consultative, customer-focused leadership internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in enablement, training, solutions consulting, or A.I. / enterprise software roles, ideally with a focus on A.I. use case discovery or prompt engineering.Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or using A.I. / LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.), including creating, refining, and evaluating prompt outcomes.Demonstrated ability to identify, validate, and communicate high-value A.I. use cases for internal and client environments.Experience in designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, or enablement materials on technical topics for diverse audiences.Strong technical and business acumen; able to bridge the gap between end-user needs and A.I. technology solutions.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; able to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Effective project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.Customer-first mindset with experience driving technology adoption and change.Experience in the accounting, tax, benefits, or professional services industry is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 10-15% for training, client meetings, conferences, and events.Minimum Qualifications Required

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
