Your Impact
- Manage and perform land surveying tasks for transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare, review, and finalize Right of Way Plans in compliance with MassDOT requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Review title documents and property deeds.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and field crews.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all survey deliverables.
Who You Are
Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on MassDOT projects.Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.Demonstrated experience in developing MassDOT Right of Way Plans is required.Proficiency with industry-standard survey software and CAD platforms (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).Excellent understanding of Massachusetts land survey laws, standards, and practices.Strong organizational and communication skills.Valid driver's license.Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with GIS tools and LiDAR data.Experience with 3D modeling and digital terrain models.Previous project management experience.Commitment
