Job Description & Requirements Specialty : NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, rotating Employment Type : Travel Minimum 3 years NICU RN experience (Level II / III required) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS, NRP (Required at submission), PALS & STABLE (Required prior to start) / Must have experience with Level II / III NICU patients / Must be EPIC proficient / Must be willing to float to Mother / Baby, Peds, or adult units as needed (helping hands only if out of scope) / Schedule : Variable 12s – must be willing to work both days & nights, EOW, E3H, 36 hrs / week, 13 weeks / RN Ratio : 1 : 1 to 1 : 3 / Beds : 8–13 private NICU rooms open bay overflow / 75-mile radius rule / Charting : EPIC / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
