Role Description
We’re hiring a Social Media Account Coordinator (Entry-Level) to join our Nashville-based team.
This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the world of social media marketing — someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and ready to learn from experienced account managers and content strategists.
You’ll support multiple client accounts through content creation, organization, scheduling, and communication. You’ll learn the ins and outs of managing social media for real brands — from brainstorming ideas to publishing posts that drive engagement and growth.
This role is on-site Monday–Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of monthly social media strategies for multiple client accounts.Assist with creating dynamic, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (including captions, Reels, and graphics).Manage social media calendars and scheduling within established workflows.Help gather analytics, prepare reports, and track results month to month.Stay on top of trends, trending audio, and creative ideas for clients’ industries.Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members, keeping projects on track and timelines met.Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and designers to bring creative concepts to life.Participate in client strategy calls, team brainstorms, and internal content review sessions.Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or communications. (Internship or agency experience a plus!)Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads.Basic understanding of video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent organization and time management skills — comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute creative ideas.A positive, solutions-oriented attitude — no task is too small, and every project is an opportunity to grow.Why Join Renaissance Marketing Group
