We are looking for a Retail Clerk to support our Lititz Pike Store 20-25 hours per week Mondays through Saturdays. The primary responsibility will be providing excellent customer service throughout our store by greeting customers and guiding them successfully through a positive shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and wait on customers promptly and courteously.
• Ensure that customers receive the best customer service by providing a friendly, polite and knowledgeable service.
• Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food.
• Clean and maintain all assigned areas throughout shift.
• Work individually and with the team, to surpass expectations in an efficient, motivated and positive, can-do manner.
• Adhere to safe food handling procedures.
• Opening or closing procedures.
• Follow all food safety and health procedures.
• Accurate use of cash register & POS system.
• Engage in cross-training opportunities.
• Complete assigned duties, checklists and other tasks as assigned.
