A company is looking for a Growth Account Manager in the Healthcare Business.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets and update leadership on account health
Engage with clients through regular communications and manage contract renewals proactively
Identify new business opportunities and drive account penetration to achieve a Net Retention Rate of at least 105%
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare
Proven success in roles such as Sales Account Manager or Client Success Manager
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with strong data handling capabilities
Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives effectively
Experience in contract negotiation to maximize profits
