Bullseye Pub & Eatery in Algonquin, IL is looking for one bartender / server to join our 15 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Keep the environment clean and orderly
  • Be part of the team and take on tasks that need to be completed within the pub
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • serve food as ordered and check on customer needs
  • Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Relevant training certificate
