Technology Systems Manager

Are you ready to lead technology initiatives that directly impact member experience and organizational success?  Our $170M Credit Union is seeking an experienced  Technology Systems Manager  to oversee our core systems, IT infrastructure, and digital platforms.  This role is central to ensuring that our staff and members have secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions every day.

Manage, maintain, and enhance the Credit Union's core processing system, digital banking platforms, and IT infrastructure.  Collaborate with leadership to align technology  initiatives with organizational goals.  Oversee system security, compliance, backups, and disaster recovery planning.  Lead vendor relationship, contract management, and technology implementation projects. Provide hands-on support and direction to IT staff and end-users.  Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend emerging technology solutions that improve efficiency and member experience.

We need someone with strong core processing systems, network administration, and information security as well as excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.  Also, a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and work hands-on when needed.
