Your Role
As the key liaison between our patients and clinical team, you will own the consultation process from first contact through treatment acceptance and scheduling.
Youll ensure every patient feels heard, informed, and confident in moving forward with care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Consultation Process : Manage the patient journey from the initial inquiry through case acceptance, coordinating scheduling and follow-up with precision and warmth.
- Convert Opportunities Into Treatment : Manage a steady flow of new patient leads generated from marketing and referral programs, ensuring timely response and engagement.
- Conduct In-Person Consultations : Meet with patients to understand their goals, review diagnostic findings, and develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with the doctor.
- Present Comprehensive Treatment Plans : Clearly communicate complex options, answer questions with empathy, and guide patients to make confident, informed decisions.
- Present and Facilitate Financing Options : Help patients overcome financial barriers by presenting flexible payment solutions and coordinating financing programs to support case acceptance.
- Manage the Conscious Sedation Program : Oversee patient screening, coordinate medical assessments and prescriptions, schedule sedation appointments, and arrange pre- and post-care logistics.
- Collaborate Across the Team : Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless transitions, excellent communication, and optimal patient outcomes.
What Were Looking For
3+ years of experience in dental, medical, or healthcare consulting, treatment coordination, or patient care leadership.Excellent communication skills confident, compassionate, and persuasive.Proven ability to discuss treatment and financial arrangements with empathy and clarity.Strong organizational and follow-up skills; detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.Comfort using digital tools and practice management or dental software to track leads and outcomes.A passion for creating an exceptional patient experience and helping people say yes to the care they deserve.Why Join Us
