At Intermountain Health , we are seeking a dedicated Heart Failure and Transplant Physician (NP or PA) to join our dynamic team in beautiful Murray, UT . This is your chance to provide specialized care while collaborating with a passionate healthcare team in a supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Heart Failure clinic, you will :

• Provide exceptional care to heart failure patients through clinic visits and hospital rounds.
• Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering quality care and enhancing patient experiences.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with 4 ten-hour shifts per week , including some weekends.
• See up to 7 heart failure patients per day in the clinic.
• Participate in a paid call rotation of approximately 1 : 14.

Physical Requirements

Location : Intermountain Medical Center, Murray, UT

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Hourly Rate : $56.76 - $87.59 (dependent on experience)
