POSITION SUMMARY :
The Development Manager is responsible for managing a vertical development project throughout its lifecycle and for its ultimate handoff to Commercial Operations. The Development Manager runs the day-to-day productivity for a project from site feasibility through project stabilization and will be a key team member to lead underwriting, presentations, team oversight, city communication, IC communication, budgets and forecasts. The Development Manager will be assisted by Analysts and will receive guidance from Director's, VP's and EVP's.
