Rolfson Oil Llc Job Opportunity

Compensation : $70,000-$80,000 annually Monday through Friday Location : West Odessa off I-20 Join the premier oilfield services company in Midland / Odessa Rolfson Oil LLC. Put your expertise to work onboarding new hires for fuel, oils and lubricants, rentals, propane, mechanics, tanks, and facilities positions. Responsibilities :

  • Onboard new hires
  • Coordinate drug testing
  • Add employees to company systems
  • Facilitate online trainings
  • I-9 documentation
  • Schedule off site safety training
  • Track and submit training hours
  • Keep inventory, order, and issue PPE
  • Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

    • Requirements :

  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Be organized and detail oriented
  • Strength in professionalism and customer service
  • Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office
  • Pass drug test and criminal background check
  • Onboarding experience preferred
