Project Control & Business Operations Manager

CACI is seeking a Project Control and Business Operations Manager to work side-by-side with the most knowledgeable and dedicated team members in the DoD to manage, build, and implement a large-scale SAP S / 4HANA transportation management system in support of a high impact DoD customer. This position leads the "back office" team to ensure that all project control elements are executed at an elite level. This is a fun, fast-paced work environment and an excellent opportunity to support mission-critical services for our military!

Responsibilities :

Lead a small team of motivated professionals to provide project control functions. The team will be responsible for : schedule management; risk management; program metrics reporting; cost reporting; project status reporting; resource management, including onboarding; travel management; management of government furnished equipment; software purchases; sub-contractor management; and deliverable management, including technical writing.

Collaborate with Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to meet program objectives.

Qualifications : Required :

Master's degree in engineering, operations research, business administration, or other relevant field (Bachelor's degree with two additional years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of graduate degree)

12+ years of relevant professional experience

At least ten years of experience working on project control activities such as schedule management; cost management; risk management; resource management; and deliverable management

Experience managing a small team of professionals

DoD program leadership experience

People management and soft skills needed to successfully lead a diverse team of experts across both technical and non-technical roles

History of increasing roles and responsibilities that promote leadership and technical acumen

Desired :

Additional certifications such as : Project Management Professional; ITIL Foundation Certification; Planning Scheduling Professional; or other similar certifications

USTRANSCOM experience

Experience on an agile software development program

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is : $95,500-$210,100
