A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding policy document requests, billing inquiries, and renewals
Review and set up new or renewal policies for delivery, ensuring communication with insureds, agents, and underwriters
Process cancellations and maintain follow-up on outstanding items until resolution
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-4 years of agency experience in Personal & Commercial Lines
3-5 years of experience servicing or selling Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial policies
Previous call center experience is a plus
Bilingual (English and Spanish) language skills preferred
Ability to work a rotating shift extending to 8 : 00pm ET
