About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Technician Trainee. In this role, you’ll learn to install and service loading dock equipment and commercial roll-up doors. This is a physically demanding position that includes heavy lifting, working at heights, troubleshooting equipment, and traveling to various job sites (including overnight stays).

What You’ll Do

Assist with installing and repairing loading dock equipment and doors.

Troubleshoot equipment under supervision.

Travel to customer sites, sometimes overnight.

Work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.

Learn welding, electrical, and mechanical skills.

What We’re Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Able to speak and read English.

No felony convictions or serious driving violations.

Physically able to lift heavy objects and work safely at heights.

Positive attitude and ability to follow directions.

Welding or troubleshooting experience is a plus.
