Program Manager
This position will be working out of our Trumbull, CT office and will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of Canadian Maritime Helicopter Programs and Additional Work Requests (AWRs).
Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms / conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
Basic Qualifications :
- Working knowledge and experience in Program Management disciplines
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience / combined education
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience leading medium to large cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analytics, metrics collection, and reporting
- Well organized with a determined work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to obtain and hold a SECRET clearance
