Job Description
QA / QC Responsibilities Include :
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for commercial construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to address quality concerns and provide solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
- Train and support staff on quality standards and best practices in construction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Assist in ensuring safety protocols are integrated into quality processes.
- A strong background in construction quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with commercial construction standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools for quality assurance.
- Competitive salary range : $85,000 - $100,000 annually.
