The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction, providing exceptional associate and customer service, ensuring store standards, maintaining the front-end and exterior of the store, ensuring all associates are provided daily tasks, performing all team leader functions, and assisting with hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
