What you will do :

• Analyze current and historical financial performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and statements
• Collaborating across departments to maintain and improve financial systems
• Evaluate and optimize accounting processes and internal controls
• Manage divisional financial reporting and intercompany reconciliations
• Support month-end close and consolidation activities

What you will need to be successful :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 2–5 years of experience, ideally in public accounting or a similar analytical role
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 10-key
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
