As a Customer Service Representative in a Video Banking Center within PNC's Customer Care Center organization, you will be based on site in Birmingham, AL. Variety of shifts available : Monday - Friday 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm EST, alternating Saturdays 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST. Monday - Friday 10 : 30am-7 : 00pm EST, alternating Saturdays 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST. Monday - Friday 11 : 00am-7 : 30pm EST, alternating Saturdays 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST. Monday - Friday 11 : 30am-8 : 00pm EST, alternating Saturdays 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm EST. As a Customer Service Representative within the Video Banking Center, you will be part of an innovative team that supports PNC's strategic vision by allowing local branch employees to focus on delivering high value sales & service interactions, creating increased revenue generation, and deepening customer share of wallet. The Video Banking team helps to bridge the gap between self-service options and full service teller lines, and provides transaction capabilities in on-demand cash locations. Video Banking Machines are enhanced ATMs that allow customers to complete branch teller transactions by interacting with a banker via an audio and video connection. The Video Banking Machines are supported by a dedicated Video Banking Team and are available during extended hours, 6 days a week.
