Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Our ideal childcare superhero will :

• Provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for young children.
• Lead fun, developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Communicate with families and teammates with positivity and professionalism.
• Keep classrooms organized, clean, and full of joy (and maybe a little glitter).
• Maintain proper supervision and follow all daycare safety and licensing guidelines.
• Bring patience, creativity, and a genuine love for little learners every single day.

Requirements :

• A CDA for infants / toddlers OR an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
• 3 years experience working with children preferred (but a big heart is a must!).
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state childcare requirements.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a good sense of humor are essential.
