Business Development Manager
Location : Downers Grove, IL (Chicagoland Area)

Position Summary
Drive new business and grow existing accounts through networking, cold calling, and relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver staffing solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sales strategies with leadership.
- Identify, target, and grow client accounts.
- Conduct in-person and phone-based cold calls.
- Deliver solution-based presentations to prospects.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure profitable deals.
- Coordinate with operations for seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Engage regularly with clients post-sale for retention and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at community and networking events.
- Support collections and gather client referrals / testimonials.
Qualifications
High School diploma or Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.Strong communication and consultative selling skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (frequent local travel required).Core Competencies
