Business Development Specialist

Location : Naples, FL

Compensation : $60-75,000 (base) per year + Commission

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Business Development Specialist for a highly reputable $30M (combined operating territory) restoration company in Florida. This role will cover Naples and surrounding areas. This is an ideal position for an experienced and highly motivated commercial sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and growing revenue. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct daily outreach to develop and strengthen professional relationships in your territory.
  • Educate clients and prospects about restoration, reconstruction, and cleaning services.
  • Increase brand visibility through events, associations, and CE (Continuing Education) classes.
  • Document sales activity and opportunities in CRM and provide revenue updates to leadership.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of direct sales or commercial business development experience required.
  • Experience or background in the cleaning, restoration, insurance, commercial property management or construction industries strongly preferred.
  • Professional communication skills, both in person and online.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets / KPI's and deliver results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
