Role Overview

In this capacity, you'll merge engineering prowess with strategic supplier collaboration :

• Adaptability : Drive production insights to emergent suppliers
• Problem-Solving : Inspect and optimize supplier production setups
• Technical Expertise : Manage and release TDPs with assurance
• Analytical Skills : Interpret Engineering Change Notices and evaluate impacts
• Risk Management : Address concerns from supplier reports
• Collaborative Approach : Engage with Quality in AS9102 reviews
• Clear Communication : Present project insights and propose necessary changes
• Mindful Mentorship : Provide peer review support and establish engineering processes

Qualifications That Fit

Essential :

Mechanical Engineering degree or the equivalent

5 years in aerospace / defense sectors

Manufacturing aptitude and presentation delivery skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrable problem-solving proficiency

Ability to attain SECRET clearance (US Citizenship imperative)

Valued Skills :

Active Secret Clearance

Profound aerospace engineering exposure

Cooperation with international partners

CCA and electrical testing expertise

Vast knowledge of production methodologies

Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing familiarity

Experience with secure information environments

"Build to Print" assembly knowledge

Comprehension of ERP / EVMS systems

Interactions with expansive company hierarchies

Travel : Primarily domestic, up to 15%
