You'll be stepping into a strong portfolio of active accounts , with the opportunity to deepen relationships, grow revenue, and create lasting impact for your clients.

What You Bring to the Table
We're looking for a motivated sales pro who is ready to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate has :
A proven track record of media sales success , consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals.Experience in radio and / or digital media sales (digital sales experience is a major plus).Deep understanding of local marketing , consumer behavior, and advertising strategies.Confidence in all stages of the sales process : from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal, presentation, and closing.Familiarity with integrated campaigns involving traditional and digital media.Strong planning, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.A consultative mindset focused on delivering ROI for your clients.Your Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive at Pillar Media, you will :
Prospect and acquire new clients using a consultative sales approach.Manage, service, and grow an existing list of active advertising accounts.Sell a mix of traditional radio, sponsorships, digital advertising, and custom promotions.Understand client business goals, KPIs, and marketing challenges to craft tailored solutions.Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.Conduct regular check-ins and strategy sessions with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Ensure timely collections and account servicing.Attend required team meetings and one-on-ones with your supervisor.The Perks
