job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide 40–45 therapy sessions weekly, each approximately 30 minutes Deliver individualized physical therapy for students across K–12 Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance Participate in team meetings and support a culture of inclusion and accessibility Work on-site from 8 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 PM daily Current state Physical Therapist license Experience providing pediatric or school-based physical therapy Strong understanding of therapy approaches for students with physical disabilities Ability to manage a consistent caseload and adapt treatment to varied needs Effective communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary school-based team

Summary
A specialized K–12 school serving students with physical disabilities is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide on-site therapy services during a 4–6 month leave coverage. The school offers a supportive, collaborative environment with a dedicated team of therapists and educators. In this role, you’ll deliver direct therapy sessions, manage a defined caseload, and work closely with staff and families to promote student mobility and independence.
