Call Center Representative

Join the Dispatch team as a Call Center Representative, where you'll work in a vibrant, multi-business complex that fosters a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, offering ample opportunities for networking and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure swift and accurate responses to alarm signals, prioritizing customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
  • Utilize outstanding verbal skills and maintain composure while addressing individual customer needs.
  • Keep meticulous records of all actions taken during calls to ensure accuracy and reliability.

What We're Looking For :

  • Strong background in customer service with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and deductive reasoning abilities.
  • Comfortable sitting while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to thrive under moderately stressful situations.
  • Efficient and accurate typing at a minimum of 30 WPM.
  • Proficiency in juggling multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously.

    • Shift Hours :

  • 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
  • 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
  • 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM

    • Requirements :

  • Ability to arrive early or stay late as customer needs dictate.
  • This role may require working at least one weekend day per week.
  • Typically a 3-6 month contract before transitioning to Direct Hire.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
