The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!

The channel marketing team at Zebra Technologies focuses on developing and executing strategies to effectively engage and support our network of channel partners, such as distributors, resellers, and integrators. We work to enhance partner relationships, optimize marketing efforts, and drive sales growth through these partners by providing resources, training, and tools necessary for successful collaboration. Additionally, our team aims to ensure that partners can deliver Zebra's innovative products and solutions to end-users efficiently.

This marketing Internship at Zebra will provide you with the foundation to explore and apply for Zebra's Marketing Development Program (MDP). The MDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program offering employees the opportunity to learn from experts throughout the marketing organization at our Lincolnshire, IL headquarters.

Responsibilities :

Support channel partner marketing efforts with strong alignment to the sales team

Launch 'through' and 'to' partner marketing initiatives to drive run-rate and overall channel revenue

Influence partners selling Zebra through partner enablement and demand generation campaigns

Help drive Zebra's emerging markets with selected partners

Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills

Increase technology knowledge and skills

Develop team-based work proficiencies

Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities

THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN LINCOLNSHIRE, IL. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications :

Current enrollment in an undergraduate / graduate degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Entrepreneurship or related discipline

Must have an anticipated graduation date between 2026-2027 for undergraduate students and 2026-2028 for graduate students

Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Creative / Out of the Box Thinker

Salary : USD 22.00 - USD 30.00 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
