About the Role

Dragos is seeking a Staff Front End Engineer to join our UI Community and the Microsegmentation Product Team in building the leading OT Security Platform. We work in a matrix-style engineering organization, which means you will be part of the UI Community while embedded within Microsegmentation. The Microsegmentation Product Team is delivering new capabilities that enable customers to configure their networks around specific applications, workloads, or even individual devices. As a Staff Engineer, you will go beyond feature delivery. You will architect and evolve scalable systems, set UI standards, and mentor engineers across teams to ensure Dragos delivers best-in-class experiences at scale. Responsibilities

• Architecting and evolving scalable UI frameworks and product subsystems that support growth of the Dragos Platform.
• Driving technical strategy and setting standards for performance, testing, and maintainability across the UI Community.
• Leading cross-team initiatives to improve workflows, tooling, and platform reliability.
• Partnering with Product and Design to align system-level architecture with user experience goals.
• Coding, testing, and debugging critical applications while guiding engineering teams on best practices.
• Reviewing designs and implementations across multiple teams to ensure technical quality.
• Championing accessibility, performance optimization, and user-centered design at scale. Mentoring engineers across the UI Community and helping shape its technical direction.
