Position : Registered Nurse (RN), Staffing Pool

Type : Full-Time | 0.9 FTE | 12-hour shifts | Nights (with weekend and holiday rotation)

Sign-on Bonus : $7,500 Available (Eligibility requirements apply)

About Our Team

The staffing pool is essential for providing RN coverage across our med / surg, neuro / ortho / peds, rehab, and cardiac units. Our staffing pool nurses are adaptable and thrive in diverse environments. After one year in the staffing pool, you can train for specialty units like ICU and the ED. This role is not just rewarding; it offers numerous learning opportunities to enhance your nursing skills and critical thinking. One year of nursing experience is preferred.

Your Contributions

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will :

• Perform care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support.
• Evaluate learning needs and provide education to patients and families tailored to their age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
