Description

We are looking for a skilled EDI Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Stoughton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage electronic data interchange processes, ensure data accuracy, and support system transitions. This is a great opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic environment and contribute to key business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Validate and test inbound and outbound EDI flat files for data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare EDI files for approval and go-live processes.
• Support EDI system migrations, including working with Oracle EBS and other platforms.
• Identify and resolve issues in EDI transactions promptly.
• Conduct post-migration follow-ups to implement necessary improvements.
• Maintain all Oracle required fields accurately in EDI transactions.
• Use Epicor ERP knowledge to enhance EDI processes and integrations.
• Document EDI workflows and configurations thoroughly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless communication and data exchange.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot EDI-related issues.
