We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :  Prospect for new customers through a combination of self-marketing, cold calling, and company-provided leads.

Customer Engagement :  Meet with homeowners to conduct free roof inspections, assess damage, and provide detailed estimates and proposals.

Sales & Negotiation :  Present and explain the benefits of our roofing products and services, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

Project Management :  Oversee and manage the project from initial sale through completion, including working with adjusters on insurance claims.

Administrative Tasks :  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Team Collaboration :  Collaborate with the production and office teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project completion

​ Qualifications :

• Experience :  Previous sales experience is beneficial, and experience in construction or roofing sales is a plus.
• Communication :  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Interpersonal Skills :  Ability to build strong relationships and trust with customers.
• Problem-Solving :  Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Requirements :  Must be able to carry ladders, walk on roofs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Logistics :  Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Technical Skills :  Proficient with smartphone and computer applications for reporting and client management.
• Professionalism :  A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
• Background :  Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
