Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Nurse practitioner

Bilingual Spanish is required for this position

M-F 8am-5pm (No call)

Tues-Fri- 8am-5pm - Sat 9am-1pm (After hours on call) When not on call for the month, the schedule is M-F 8a-5p with 1 half day of admin time off during the week. When on call and working Saturdays, provider will be off on Mondays that month.

Shared phone call rotation with the other 4 providers

Office call will be taken every 5th month

During the on-call month, the schedule is Tuesday - Saturday (9am - 1pm) Tuesday-Friday 8a-5p, Saturdays 9a- 2p

All inclusive practice -15 support staff (medical reception, nursing, referrals, billing, care coordination) 2 MDs 2 APRN

Provider performed procedures pap smear (female and male), skin tag removal, throat culture

Nurse performed Spirometry, ear lavage, vaccination, EKG

Approximately 75% of practice's patients are LGBTQ+, so cultural competence and knowledge of health concerns for the community are essential.

PrEP, HIV and STI treatment

Patient ages range from 14+

Medicare Advantage and Commercial coding experience
