Construction Project Manager II

Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to join our team! Key Responsibilities :

Driving project success through effective cost management and risk mitigation.
Delivering high-quality spaces that meet performance and design expectations.
Managing project schedules, overseeing safety, and ensuring commitments are met.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to foster long-term collaboration.

Qualifications & Background :

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).

Four years of experience in commercial construction; prior project management experience is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus.

Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.

Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High initiative and eagerness to learn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
