Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI Developer with proven expertise in React.js, Redux, Material UI, and working knowledge of Java-based back-end systems. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, performant, and visually appealing web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and architecture of modern UI solutions using React, Redux, and Material UI.
• Design and build reusable components and front-end libraries with high code quality, scalability, and performance in mind.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Back-End Engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Integrate with Java-based back-end services (Spring Boot / REST APIs).
• Guide and mentor junior UI developers, perform code reviews, and enforce front-end development best practices.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and frameworks.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.

Required Qualifications

Experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs developed in Java.
