Blood Donor Recruitment Coordinator

Contacts by telephone and other approved communication methods eligible blood donors who have previously given blood and re-recruits them to donate regularly. Candidate will need to be comfortable talking to donors on the phone and scheduling an appointment for them to return and donate while working part time hours. Monthly bonus payout is available if specific measurements are reached each month.

Required In-Office Position Schedule : Mon - Thurs 3PM-8PM, Fri 2PM - 7PM, and Sat 9AM-5 : 30PM. Sunday OFF and a weekday of your choice. 23 - 28 hours a week.

• By telephone and other approved communication methods contacts eligible blood donors and recruits them to donate regularly
• Provides excellent customer service at all times; establishes rapport with donors and potential donors, and educates them on the organization's programs and services
• Enters donor information into the electronic database and utilizes various methods for appointment reminders
• Complies with and maintains current knowledge and understanding of donor recruitment policies, procedures and other related regulations
• Assists in stabilizing and maintaining blood donation inventory levels

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

High School diploma or equivalent.
