Pay Rate : $17.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (training hours). Must be flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, including billing questions and service issues
Perform billing reconciliation and analyze data to resolve customer concerns
Provide clear, detailed explanations of electric rates and account information
Support customers through professional communication and problem-solving
Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple systems and screens
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of call center or customer-facing experience
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
Excellent multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proven data entry experience (1+ year)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications :
2+ years of inbound call center experience
Experience in utilities or energy-related customer service
Associate degree (preferred, not required)
Bilingual (a plus, but not required)
Education :
High School Diploma or GED required
