Salary :

Primary Function : Responsible for constructing formwork, installing blocking and nailers, building temporary partitions, and installing division-specific specialty items.

Job Duties :

• Read and interpret plans and blueprints to ensure accurate work to specifications.
• Measure and calculate material quantities and sizes required for the project.
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber or other materials to precise measurements.
• Install wooden structures and add fixtures and fittings as specified.
• Prepare and maintain work sites, including cleaning and organizing materials.
• Install concrete accessories and place and finish small amounts of concrete as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management to ensure successful project completion.
• Adhere to M. B. Kahns Safety Program, OSHA guidelines and Company policies, procedures, and standards.
