The Analyst, Strategic Insights and Analytics, is responsible for providing analytical support for the strategy team as well as for business partners across the organization.
The role is responsible for collecting data and providing business recommendations while utilizing advanced technologies to process, interpret, and report out on insights.
The analyst will support departments across the organization and be able to communicate, collaborate, and interact effectively with different teams to help understand how they utilize data / metrics and find opportunities to enhance their insights to drive business decisions.
This role will champion a data driven approach to help create a culture of making educated business decisions.
Essential Responsibilities :
- 1.
Support strategic business initiatives by mining data for insights and applying advanced analytics techniques.
- Use business intelligence, data visualization, and analytic / statistical tools to interpret data and to deliver insights back to our business partners in support of strategic initiatives. 2.
- Lead the efforts in creating a culture of experimentation with data that find value in data driven initiatives and lead to strategic business decisions and prioritization 3.
- Create analytical data sets to support key strategic initiatives Create code to collect, blend, enrich and harmonize raw data from a variety of structured and unstructured sources and cleanse and prepare that data for analysis. 4.
Collaborate with key functional stakeholders to drive strategic portfolio efforts with data and insights :
- Using Data Analytics, work with key stakeholders to drive strategic decisions in current and new projects. 5.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to build dashboards and other tools to help them make sound business decisions either from a strategic level or everyday essential. 6.
- Serve as liaison with key functional teams for strategic projects when data thought leadership and advanced use of that data is required. 7.
Serve as analytics technology SME for the organization :
- Develop in-depth business, analytical, and systems knowledge to improve / build analytics solutions, approaches, and business recommendations.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Build tools to help drive business insights from a strategic level.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Minimum Education Required to Perform Job :
- Bachelor’s Degree Degree Focus Required : Statistics, Business Analytics, Applied Economics, or related field.
Minimum Years of Relevant Work Experience Required to Perform Job Upon Hire :
- 5 to 7 years Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge Required : Minimum of 5 years of industry experience using advanced analytical methods in a business environment.
- Proven knowledge of advanced analytical / statistical methodologies and required data to support them Proven experience in SQL and other data retrieval and organizational tools.
- Proven experience in advanced analytics modeling tools such as R, Python, or comparable programming languages.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (i.e.
Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire, R studio visualizations, PowerBI) Proficiency with relational database systems Proficiency with MS Office package, especially Excel Other Measurable Abilities Required :

- The hiring range for this position in Florida is $84,960 to $127,440 per year and in California is $96,000 to $144,000.
- The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
