We are seeking a mid-level BI / AI Analyst-Engineer for a contract-to-hire role with an insurance company in Sacramento (on-site). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with data, building insightful dashboards, and experimenting with AI tools to drive better business outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards to deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Work with Python and AI tools to analyze data and support advanced reporting.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Support data warehouse projects, with exposure to design and building preferred.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
