SUMMARY : The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of a fluid dairy manufacturing facility, including in-house bottle production. This role ensures efficient production, compliance with safety and quality standards, team development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food or beverage manufacturing, experience with blow mold operations, and a commitment to operational excellence.
