Your Role : Dive deep into the technical realm by handling the Okuma 5-axis CNC machines, leveraging your mastery of the OSP-P300 Control system to convert raw materials into customer-ready parts, ensuring excellence in every detail. With standard working hours from 6 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm or from 4 : 20 pm to 2 : 50 am, flexibility for overtime can enhance your earnings. A hire-on bonus is also offered for your talents.
Responsibilities Include :
- Decipher technical blueprints and execute detailed machining instructions.
- Perform high-precision machining processes with exacting standards.
- Set up and potentially handle multiple CNC machines efficiently.
- Validate part accuracy using precision measurement tools and interpret CMM data.
- Implement continuous improvement plans and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Stay vigilant with safety and cleanliness in your working space.
- Adapt to various tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile :
Over five years of combined training in five-axis CNC systems.Detailed knowledge of Okuma CNC Control operations and techniques.Proficiency in fine tolerances using respected methods and tools.Competency in part handling techniques that require cranes and manual clamping.Demonstrated experience in tooling adjustments based on geometric dimensions.Strength in handling weights averaging 50 pounds or more.English literacy and basic computing skills desired.Commitment to superior craftsmanship.Why Choose Us?
