Responsible for the administration, direction and coordination of all practice activities except those directly involving professional medical judgment. Responsible for offices located in Merrillville, Munster, Lowell, Valparaiso, Mishawaka IN.
Responsible for continuous review of all factors affecting the cost and profitability of the practice; Initiate reports to the Chief Executive Officer setting forth recommendations on planning, policy, organization, control and such other details of practice operation which may be necessary or desirable for continuity in the organization.
Ensures Front Office, Back Office and Clinical areas are functioning effectively and efficiently; Serves as the liaison and primary channel of communication for official communications between the Hospital and the practice.
