Electrical Project Manager – Mission Critical

We’re working with a leading electrical contractor that’s looking to bring on an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support large-scale mission-critical projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s comfortable managing complex scopes, building strong client relationships, and driving projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Partnering with a Senior PM to oversee all phases of electrical construction across one or more major projects.
  • Taking ownership of project delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
  • Attending project meetings, supporting labor strategy discussions, and representing the company professionally on-site.
  • Managing budgets, change orders, and billing accuracy to protect margins while keeping clients happy.
  • Supporting takeoffs and pricing for change orders and additional scope.
  • Working directly on-site to stay close to the action and ensure delivery aligns with expectations.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of electrical construction PM experience, ideally on projects valued at $10M+.
  • Experience with mission-critical, ground-up builds, and remodels.
  • A degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • A Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a big plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, you’ll be working with field teams, vendors, and clients daily.
  • Proficiency in tools like Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, and P6.
  • Familiarity with key vendors and players in the electrical construction space.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
