Mix of inpatient and outpatient with dedicated read days
EMR = EPIC
Call is primarily consultative phone-only with a hospitalist program in place handling all admissions
1 : 11 low-volume call; extremely rare to go in when on call
Comprehensive benefits, PSLF, 8 weeks time off plus holidays, and more!
Competitive floor guarantee of $750,000 with opportunity to exceed it with RVU productivity incentives
Total first-year compensation package up to $853,000 including relocation assistance, sign-on, productivity potential, and CME
