We are seeking a dedicated Bulk Loader to join our operations team. This role involves working in bulk truck and railcar loading operations and requires the operation of all necessary equipment to ensure orders are loaded by the correct departure time. Safety, sanitation, and some preventative maintenance are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment required to load bulk trucks and railcars.
- Ensure safety by working on top of bulk trucks or railcars with appropriate fall protection.
- Follow a schedule to ensure orders are loaded by the correct departure time.
- Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Direct other employees in proper safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Willingness to learn about and operate all equipment in the bulk house.

The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. The position operates on a night shift from 6pm to 6 : 30am on a 4 on, 4 off rotation. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory, and training will be provided for all necessary programs and requirements. Note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATTANOOGA, TN.
The pay range for this position is $20.13 - $20.13 / hr.
