Residential Counselor

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our direct care team at Berkshire Meadows! We offer multiple services and programs for individuals with complex and significant medical, intellectual, and developmental differences.

• Sign-on Bonus : We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 paid at time of hire, $1,000 paid after 3 months of employment, and another $1,000 paid after 6 months).
• Referral Bonus : You will receive $1,000 for every full-time employee and $500 for every part-time employee you refer.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
